There are lots of sites which provide you with free templates. But let me tell you - most of them are absolute (99.99% crap). Of course you will find whatever you need on the net if you persist. So I found a good site with simple, decent looking templates.

The templates on this sites are very simple and good looking and may not suit you if you want something flashy.
